Gowns
Gowns are a form of protective clothing.
Protective medical clothing made from nonwoven polypropylene (PP) is antistatic and contains no viscose or cellulose. Nonwoven fabric is valued for being lightweight, durable and strong.
Wearing disposable protective clothing, especially in hospitals, reduces the risk of medical personnel transferring bacteria, microorganisms and contaminants. A disposable protective gown can protect people who come into contact with patients. Such gowns are used wherever specialised clothing is required to protect health and life.

Basic protection / PP
Nonwoven protective gown
Our sewing facility can produce gowns to customer specifications — for example with ties, hook-and-loop fasteners or front snaps, and with a collar or neck binding. Nonwoven colours include green, blue and white. Fabric weight and size can also be selected: 30/40 g/m² and above, in sizes up to 3XL.

Medical environments / SMS
SMS surgical gown
SMS nonwoven is an ultrasonically bonded material used for medical products. It consists of three layers: two outer spunbond layers and an inner meltblown layer. This combination offers strength, good air permeability and a high level of bacterial filtration, making it particularly suitable for medical gowns.

Enhanced protection / Disposable
Disposable barrier gown
A disposable barrier gown limits contact between the wearer’s clothing and skin and moisture, secretions and contaminants generated during medical procedures and patient care. Depending on the variant, it may be made from polypropylene nonwoven, SMS or a laminated material for increased liquid resistance. Full torso coverage, long sleeves and fitted cuffs help maintain a continuous protective barrier. Waist and neck ties support a secure fit and freedom of movement. The disposable design enables hygienic replacement between tasks and helps reduce cross-contamination. The product should be selected according to the level of risk, required protection class and workplace procedures. After use, it should be removed in line with infection-control rules and disposed of according to local procedures.

Professional protection / Reusable
Reusable barrier gown
A reusable barrier gown is intended for repeated use after proper washing, disinfection and, where required, sterilisation. Polyester fabrics may include carbon thread and finishes that limit penetration by liquids and microorganisms. A back-tie design, overlapping panels and elastic cuffs help maintain coverage during work and allow precise glove placement. Size markings and maintenance-cycle tracking support product management in laundries and healthcare facilities. Protective performance must be maintained for the number of cycles declared by the manufacturer. Each gown should be inspected regularly and withdrawn when its maintenance limit is exceeded or barrier performance is lost.
